Q.           Do you have any patients with Fibromyalgia that have type 0 negative blood?

A.            There are four blood types: A, B, AB, and O. There is no O negative blood.  There is Rh positive (present) and Rh negative (absent).  During a pregnancy, if the father is Rh positive, the pregnant mother is Rh negative, and the baby is Rh positive, then the mother may be “sensitized” to this blood type difference.   A sensitized mother’s blood may develop antibodies to the baby’s blood and cause hemolytic disease resulting in a low blood count for the baby.  The mother can be treated with RhIg injections to desensitize.

Other than pregnancy, Rh factor does not affect your health in any way.  As I detailed in previous articles, the probable cause of fibromyalgia are yeast and parasitic infections, poor dietary habits, lack of exercise, dampness, psychological stress, and vitamin L (L for Love) deficiency.  All these factors can happen to anyone.   So, the belief that people with Rh negative are more prone to fibromyalgia is a myth.

I have come across clients with fibromyalgia with all blood types.  As long as they get on our Herbal Detox (Yeast-Para Control and Cleansing-Balance Tea) and Hormonal Regeneration (Female Vitality or Male Vitality) programs and adopt the holistic treatment as described in previous articles, they would experience improvement, regardless of blood types.

Q.        Does recurrent candidiasis in the early stage of life link with fibromyalgia later in life?

A.        The probable causes of fibromyalgia include: yeast and parasitic infections, poor dietary habits, lack of exercise, dampness, psychological stress, and vitamin L (L for love) deficiency.  Candida Albicans is one strain of harmful yeasts.  Candidiasis is a common type of yeast infection.  When a person has recurrent candidiasis, toxins have been built up in tissues, muscles, joints, and tendons. This in turn, causes widespread aches and pain.

Fibromyalgia can occur at any age, ranging from young children to the elderly.  Therefore, there is a term called “juvenile fibromyalgia.”  In fact, I suspect that fibromyalgia affects infants too, since babies can be born with yeast and parasitic infection symptoms. It’s just that they are not able to express this verbally except through crying.

Luckily fibromyalgia is treatable.  For symptom relief, herbal therapy is quite effective. Our Herbal Detox (Yeast-Para Control and Cleansing-Balance Tea) and Hormonal Regeneration(Female Vitalityor Male Vitality) programs work wonders to eliminate aches and pain, and to remove mind fog. Herbal therapy together with other holistic treatment methods detailed in previous articles can eradicate the causes and symptoms of fibromyalgia.

Q.        Is Fibromyalgia Hereditary?

A.        According to the staff at the Mayo clinic, “if one of your parents or siblings has fibromyalgia, chances are you will get it!”  According to my more than 30 years of clinical experience, I have found that fibromyalgia is not hereditary!  As described in previous articles, the probable causes of fibromyalgia are yeast and parasitic infections, poor dietary habits, lack of exercise, dampness, psychological stress, and vitamin L (L for Love) deficiency.

If your mother had yeast and parasitic infections when she was pregnant with you, chances are you would be born with the yeast and parasitic infection symptoms because they can be passed on to you through blood stream and /or birth canal.  Even though this cause is “congenital;” it’s not “hereditary” because of “genes.”

Besides, while growing up, you would knowingly or unknowingly adopt your parents’ lifestyle, including their dietary habits, the way they handle stress and conflicts, the way they express love and affections, their physical activities, etc.  Therefore, my observation is that fibromyalgia is a learned behavior rather than “hereditary.”

Many scientists including the staff at the Mayo clinic are looking for the “genes” that cause fibromyalgia.  Until this day, their conclusion is that the cause of fibromyalgia is “UNKNOWN!”

As mentioned in previous articles, yeast infections do not discriminate against age, gender, ethnicity, geographic location, or socio-economic status.  The youngest client I worked with was a two week old “cocaine baby.”

Common Symptoms of Yeast Infections in Children:

The most common yeast infection symptoms I have seen in infants include: diaper rashes, colic (bloating), constipation, diarrhea, trench mouth, and geographical tongue.  Among toddlers and school-age children, the following are common symptoms: mid-ear infections, asthma, digestive problems, allergies, frequent cold and flues, and low energy.

Based on my observation in the past three decades working with children with yeast infections, the following are probable causes:

Possible Causes of Yeast infections in children:

1.    Lactose Intolerance:

Most infants and young children are allergic to cow milk products.  Dairy is an item on the no-no list.  Some bay formulas also have added sugar that also feeds yeasts.

2.    Dampness

The damp environment of diapers is a good incubator for yeast overgrowth.  Diaper rashes are very common if the baby’s diapers are not kept dry and clean.  Skin rashes on the face or other parts of the body are also common when the baby excessively sweats.

3.    Dietary Habits:

When children are fed “convenient food,” they are prone to having yeast infections.  The Standard American Diet (SAD) is loaded with sugar, dairy, wheat, yeasts, caffeine, and chemicals that feed the yeasts in the body and deplete the filtering functions of liver and kidneys.

4.    Excessive Use of Antibiotics

Children with yeast infections tend be misdiagnosed by their pediatricians as having bacterial infections and mistreated with excessive amounts of antibiotics.  This, in turn, perpetuates yeast infections.

5.    Congenital Causes:

Most babies with yeast infections were born with symptoms.  When the pregnant mother experiences a lot of stress, or is addicted to sugar, alcohol, or cigarette smoking, or the father of the baby has yeast infections, chances are the mother will have yeast infection symptoms.  The mother can give her yeast infections to the baby through the blood stream or birth canal.

6.    Vitamin L (L for Love) Deficiency:

Children often feel unloved or “guilty” about their parents’ divorce.  Many asthma or mid-year infection cases (which are linked to ADD or ADHD) are associated with a broken or chaotic family life.

In the next article, I will discuss drug-free, holistic treatment for children with yeast infections.  Stay tuned.

As I mentioned in Part 1 of this article, causes of fibromyalgia have been considered as “unknown” by most health professionals.  Based on my more than three decades of clinical experience working with people from many ethnic origins and across different geographic locations, I have witnessed the following causes amongst my clients: yeast and parasitic infections, dampness, lack of exercise, psychological stress, and vitamin L deficiency (L for love)!

Let’s take a look at the holistic treatment methods that have successfully eliminated fibromyalgia symptoms for my clients:

1)    Yeast-Free Nutritional Program:

As some of you are aware, my “Eight Commandments” contain no sugar, no dairy, no wheat, no yeasts, no alcohol, no caffeine, no nicotine, nor chemicals.  When you indulge in any of these no-no’s, you feed the yeasts and parasites in your body.  When your little enemies are well fed, they have a rock ‘n roll party and then deposit toxic wastes that can cause aches and pains in your tissues, muscles, and tendons.  The more you follow the yeast-free nutritional program, the more relief from pain you will get.  To learn what to eat and what to avoid, follow my yeast-free cookbook, Healthy and Tasty: Dr. J’s Anti-Yeast Cooking.

2)    Herbal Therapy:

When clients with fibromyalgia symptoms came to see me for consultation, they usually had suffered for years.  Therefore, it’s important to use herbal formulas that build immunity and control the inflammation right away.  Our Herbal Detox program (Yeast-Para Control and Cleansing-Balance Tea) works wonders to achieve this purpose.  In addition to removing toxins, I usually recommend the Hormonal Regeneration program (Female Vitality or Male Vitality) to increase energy and improve mental clarity.  Sugar craving is usually one of the symptoms because of the overgrowth of yeasts and parasites.  Herbal Cocktail, a high protein herbal drink rich in digestive enzymes, can effectively stop the sugar craving.

3)    Keep Your Environment Dry:

Many of my clients experimented with different kinds of dwellings and climates, such as beach fronts, woodlands, and the desert.  Most of them found that the dry climate in the desert helped them experience relief of fibromyalgia symptoms – a damp environment provides an incubator for yeast overgrowth.

4)    Exercise Regularly:

It’s common sense that exercise improves blood circulation, and facilitates the efficient delivery of nutrients and oxygen to tissues, muscles, and tendons.  You don’t need to go to the gym to exercise.  Low-impact exercise such as walking around the block in your neighborhood, shopping mall, or simply jogging in place at home can yield great results for people with fibromyalgia.

5)    Manage Stress Effectively:

Stress is part of life.  No one is immune to it.  If managed properly, stress can be a motivating force for you to move forward.  Daily meditations, prayers, affirmations, emotional releasing techniques, etc. can all help you release stress.  For details, read my book, Breaking the Yeast Curse: Food and Unconditional Love for Magic Healing.

6)    Replenish “Vitamin L” (L for Love):

ALL my clients with fibromyalgia felt frustration or disappointment of not being loved or approved by their parents, spouses, partners, or children.  Learning how to love yourself, and how to reprogram the script in your mind will help tremendously in releasing the frustration and disappointment, and in turn, replenish “vitamin L.”  And, don’t forget, SEXERCISE is great for physical health, self-esteem, and eliminating fibromyalgia!

Fibromyalgia is one of the most common types of chronic pain. It affects over 5 million people in the United States alone.

Fibromyalgia was once thought to be a mental disorder.  It was first described by doctors in the early 1800s as “muscular rheumatism.”  In the 1900s the term was changed to “fibrositis” .  In 1976, the name of the condition was changed to “fibromyalgia.”  In 1981, the first scientific study formally confirmed fibromyalgia symptoms were medical conditions.

Fibromyalgia affects both men and women, although the majority of reported cases are women.  Fibromyalgia is also seen in all age groups, including children, teenagers, and the elderly.  Fibromyalgia occurs around the globe, and it affects all ethnic groups and cultures.

The symptoms of fibromyalgia are stiffness, widespread aches and pains especially in extremities, fatigue, and sleeping disorder.

Causes of fibromyalgia have been considered as “unknown” by most health professionals.  Based on my more than three decades of clinical experience working with people from many different ethnic origins and geographic locations, the following is a list of probable causes:

Yeast and parasitic infections

When your body is infected with yeasts and parasites, they suck your energy and also deposit their toxic wastes in your tissues, muscles, and joints.  This in turn, causes inflammation and pain.

Dampness

A damp environment such as a beach-front apartment or a house in the woods can worsen the symptoms of yeast and parasitic infections.

Lack of exercise

Our brain, tissues, muscles and tendons all need nutrients and oxygen.  Lack of exercise will cause a “delivery problem” for the nutrients and oxygen.  Also, yeasts and parasites love a still environment.  A still environment makes it easier for them to populate.

Psychological stress

Psychological stress, if not managed properly, can weaken your immune system.  When your immunity is weak, all kinds of invaders such yeasts, parasites, bacteria, and viruses can take over and cause many diseases including fibromyalgia.

Deficiency of vitamin L (L for Love)

When you feel “unloved”, or “unapproved”, that’s the time the symptoms of fibromyalgia worsen.

Luckily fibromyalgia is treatable.  I will discuss the holistic, drug-free treatment for fibromyalgia in the next article.  Stay tuned.
